Scott Litton had a successful career in the Coast Guard from 1990 to 1999 after attending the University of Texas in Arlington. His last duty station was with the Houston/Galveston Marine Safety Office where he worked in Vessel inspections, Facility Inspections, and Pollution Investigation.
Upon leaving the Coast Guard he joined Moran as a boarding agent in the Houston office, and in 2003 was promoted to Operations Manager of our Freeport office. Scott joined the Galveston office in 2021 as Manager. In 2023, Scott was named General Manager of the Houston area.
Scott and his wife Diane have 2 daughters, Taylor and Hailey, who are both avid swimmers. He participates on the USA Swimming Club Board, and is a USA Swim stroke/turn official.
